Our History
Dirsung Company Limited is a woman-led organization that has significantly contributed to the socio-economic development of communities within the Northern region for over a decade. Initially established as a sole proprietorship, Dirsung has evolved and formalized its operations in 2022, marking a pivotal moment in its journey towards enhancing agricultural practices and community empowerment.
From its inception, Dirsung has acted as both a producer and aggregator of essential commodities, including maize, shea, soybeans, and livestock. This dual role has enabled the company to not only support local farmers but also to ensure a steady supply of quality products to the market. By focusing on the entire value chain, Dirsung is dedicated to improving agricultural sustainability and productivity, which is crucial for the livelihoods of the communities it serves.
